Ubigene uses CRISPR-U™ knockdown cell line. The knockdown vector would be transferred into the cells by lentivirus transduction. After drug screening, WT cells die out and a positive cell pool obtained.

2020-07-10CRISPR-U™ gene point mutation cell line: The cells would be co-transfected with gRNA, Cas9 and donor oligo by electroporation, and then screened. After drug screening, single clones would be generated. Positive clones would be validated by sequencing.
